| What
if I can't get into the system or receive an error? |
| You may become locked out of the system
if you leave the application open but are not using the
application for a long period of time. This is a safety
feature built into the system to "time out" an
inactive user. Additionally, you will not be able to get
into the system (or may receive an error)
without first logging out. If this is the case, close your
browser window and log back into the system from the main
log on screen. If you are still experiencing problems logging
in, contact Scanware Technical Support for assistance. |
